Our products are handmade by artisans. Small variations in color, size, texture, stitching, or finish are natural and part of the character of handmade goods.

Payment is charged at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if a product is unavailable, payment is not authorized, or there is an error in pricing or product information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship from our California studio and our artisan workshop in Nepal. Processing and delivery times vary by product and destination. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for details.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Retail customers may return or exchange unused, unwashed items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Custom-made, private label, and wholesale orders are final sale unless defective or affected by a confirmed manufacturing issue.
