Shipping & Returns

At Anitya Collective, every product is carefully handmade and inspected before shipping to ensure top quality and customer satisfaction.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Handmade or made-to-order items may take up to 10 business days to prepare.
Delivery Time: Domestic (U.S.) shipping takes 3–7 business days; international orders may take 7–14 business days depending on destination.
Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Duties & Taxes: For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’ve made returns simple and stress-free.

Return Window: You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.

2. We’ll reply with a prepaid return shipping label and simple instructions.
3. Once we receive your package, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days
