At Anitya Collective, every product is carefully handmade and inspected before shipping to ensure top quality and customer satisfaction.

Shipping Information

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Handmade or made-to-order items may take up to 10 business days to prepare.
• Delivery Time: Domestic (U.S.) shipping takes 3–7 business days; international orders may take 7–14 business days depending on destination.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
• Duties & Taxes: For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’ve made returns simple and stress-free.

• Return Window: You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.

  2. We’ll reply with a prepaid return shipping label and simple instructions.
  3. Once we receive your package, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days
