Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our California studio and our artisan workshop in Nepal, depending on product availability.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days. U.S. delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. International delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs.

How can I track my order?

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free U.S. shipping when active on our website or promotion bar. Shipping details are shown at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Retail customers may return or exchange unused, unwashed items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Items should include original packaging and tags when possible.

How do I start a return?

Email support@anityacollective.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with simple instructions.

Are custom or wholesale orders returnable?

Custom-made, private label, and wholesale orders are final sale unless the item arrives defective or there is a confirmed manufacturing issue.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll help with a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

Product Information

Are your products handmade?

Yes. Every Anitya item is handmade by skilled artisans in Nepal using natural materials such as cashmere, wool, cotton, hemp, and sterling silver.

Why does my handmade product look slightly different from the photos?

Small variations in color, weave, stitching, and size are natural in handmade products. These details make each piece unique.

How should I care for cashmere or wool?

Hand wash gently in cold water with mild detergent or dry clean when needed. Lay flat to dry and avoid wringing or hanging wet garments.

Wholesale & Custom Orders

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes. We partner with boutiques, gift shops, concept stores, and conscious retailers. Visit our Wholesale page or email wholesale@anityacollective.com.

Can you make custom designs or private label products?

Yes. We support custom colors, private label, and small-batch collaborations depending on product type and order quantity.
